From 2009 to 2020, from 10 hectares to 150 hectares, from a small cottage village to a full-fledged town with its infrastructure – from Riviera Villas to Riviera Village. With a strategic goal for the next 10 years – to become the best place to live in nature near Kyiv. Understanding the significance of the "Riviera Village" project, we sought the most modern and unique solution that would not only attract and focus maximum attention on the advertising material but also allow the consumer to truly appreciate all the advantages of the presented offer.
For this purpose, an unusual location in the historical center of Kyiv was chosen, near the "MandarinPlaza" shopping center, "Arena City" shopping center, and a transportation hub. The effectiveness of the location is confirmed not only by the daily flow of traffic amounting to about 144,000/day but also by the opportunity for a sequential presentation of the storyline for the most complete perception of the advertising message. To elegantly emphasize the main brand stylistics, gently draw attention to the logo, and create an atmosphere of special comfort – Megapolis Holding professionals used classic light extenders.
The entire process from idea to implementation happened in one breath. The result is impressive – thanks to the right choice of location and the non-standard presentation, the completed massive project arouses the enthusiasm and interest of hundreds of thousands of residents and guests of the city, both during the day and in the evening.
