Every year, Effie Awards Ukraine gathers the best representatives of the marketing market and recognizes the most influential and significant initiatives.
This year, the advertising holding Megapolis had a special mission. Our team presented special awards in three categories that resonated most with us and are a deep reflection of our company's values. The special award from Megapolis was presented by Olga Vasilyeva, Managing Partner and CCO of Megapolis Advertising Holding, and Lyudmila Titarenko, CMO of Megapolis Advertising Holding.
"Journey to Victory" - Gres Todorchuk and Ukrainian Railways
A project that not only addressed transportation challenges but also became a symbol of faith in victory, humanity, and the resilience of Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories. Megapolis awarded the companies with a special gift - branding of the Kyiv metro train. We are confident that Ukrzaliznytsia, together with Gres Todorchuk, will make the most vibrant and effective use of this opportunity.
"Business recovery - The country can't go on without you" - Carat Ukraine and OLX
The sole finalist in the B2B category, this project supported Ukrainian businesses in the toughest times, providing assistance and inspiration for recovery. We believe that businesses should support each other. The certificate for UAH 500,000 for advertising placement on video monitors in Kyiv metro cars and LED screens will enable OLX to implement and effectively highlight bright projects in 2024.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: "CLASS AUTO 'INCLUSIVE' - UKLON
An important social initiative that not only helps over 2.7 million people with disabilities but also sets an example of how businesses should adapt their products and services to the new realities and needs of all people. We are extremely grateful to the UKLON team for creating and implementing such a necessary initiative. This project received UAH 500,000 for advertising placement on LED screens and video monitors in Kyiv metro cars, as it is important for us to promote the popularization of the important theme of inclusivity and support.
In addition to valuable gifts, our production team designed and crafted unique statuettes - symbols of resilience, harmoniously combining handmade work and natural materials. The awarded trophy, resembling a tree that withstands winds and firmly holds onto its roots, symbolizes resilience, strength, and unyieldingness, characteristics inherent in each company recognized by us.
Effie Awards Ukraine is an important platform in the marketing world, as it not only rewards high achievements in the field but also serves as a catalyst for the exchange of ideas and innovations among leading players. This year, the event awarded 11 gold, 14 silver, and 21 bronze awards. The project "Azovstal. Symbol of Resilience" by Gres Todorchuk for United24 and Metinvest received the Grand Prix of the prize. According to the effectiveness ratings of Effie Awards Ukraine 2023, the most effective were recognized: Gres Todorchuk in the communications agency category, Carat Ukraine in the media agency category, Dentsu Ukraine in the advertising communication group, and United24 as the best advertiser and brand. Congratulations to the winners and all finalists!
